3) Enhance creative thinking, lifelong learning and social responsibility.
4) Promote administrative and management excellence in the education system.
Reason for why it is important to develop:- To be able to look at things at various angles through the use of ever-growing IT to be able to think more effectively.
Main Goal of Masterplan 2
1) Changing the culture of the classroom and school to support and motivate thinking and independent learning among students
Reason for why it is important to develop:- To teach students to think out of the box so they can be a better person.
Main Goal of Masterplan 3
1) Allowing teachers to use IT as a valuable tool to customize learning approaches and outcomes for each student.
Reason for why it is important to develop:- By having customized teaching methods, students will be able to learn things more effectively as every student’s learning pattern is different.
How the Masterplans impact me as a student?
I always find it interesting to learn new things with the help of videos as I am able to absorb them better than just reading off the textbooks or notes given to me.
How Masterplan 3 will affect me as a beginning teacher?
I will be able to teach the students in a more fun and interesting method with the help of powerpoint slides, videos or animations to catch the attention of the students during lessons so as to encourage them to learn.
